Welcome to Forex Victory Club! By subscribing to our monthly subscription model, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Subscription Packages
a) Monthly Package: This package provides you with access to 25-30 forex trading signals per month.
b) Yearly Package: This package provides you with access to 25-30 forex trading signals per month at a special discounted rate. The yearly package is valid for 12 months from the date of subscription.
2. Information Confidentiality
a) You agree that the trading signals and information provided to you are strictly for your personal use and should not be distributed or shared with anyone else.
b) Violation of this condition may result in immediate removal from the service without any refund.
3. Subscription Renewal
a) At the end of each monthly subscription period, you will be given a grace period of 2 days to renew your subscription for the following month.
b) It is your responsibility to subscribe for the next month within the grace period.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
a) If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team support@forexvictoryclub.com.
5. Risk Disclaimer
a) You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for managing your own risk and making informed decisions regarding the implementation of each trading signal provided.
b) Forex Victory Club or its team shall not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of your trading activities.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the training course. By enrolling in the course, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The training course consists of live sessions conducted twice a week. Participants are expected to attend these sessions actively. Additionally, participants are required to practice the discussed topics during the remaining days of the week.
2. Payment Plans
a) Advance Payment Plan: Participants must make an advance payment for the course in full.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
a) Privacy Violation: Any attempt to violate the privacy and confidentiality of the course, including distributing course material without authorization, will result in immediate removal from the course without prior notification. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.
b) Data Protection: We value your privacy and take appropriate measures to safeguard your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmission over the internet. Participants are responsible for taking precautions to protect their personal information.
4. Course Materials
All course materials, including presentations, videos, handouts, and other resources, are based on our research and experimentation. Results may vary depending on individual scenarios, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of applying the course material in your specific situation.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
a) Refunds: Once enrolled, no refunds will be provided except in cases where we, as the training provider, are unable to fulfill our obligations.
b) Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and provide alternative arrangements.
6. Access to Webinar
Participants will have access to the webinar sessions through our WhatsApp group. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and compatible devices for accessing the webinar.
7. Support by Forex Victory Club Team
a) Charting and Guidance: Our dedicated Forex Victory Club team will review and provide guidance on your progress throughout the week, based on the delivered session. This personalized support is a unique service we offer, differentiating us from other training providers.
b) Availability: The Forex Victory Club team will be available 24/7 to assist you. However, please note that response times may vary, and you can expect a reply within a few hours.
c) Support Period: Support period is limited. This information is mentioned in the course section.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the course materials, including copyrights and trademarks, belong solely to us. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying the course materials without our explicit written consent.
